POINT: PC-8 (PERICARDIUM-8)

With the cupped in the palm in a half fist, this point can be found in front of the tip of the middle finger between the second and third metacarpal bones.
With the palm of the hand facing upward, this point is located on the radial side of the third metacarpal bone, proximal to metacarpalphalangeal joint.
At the center of the palm, between the second and third metacarpal bones, but close to the latter, and in the part touching the tip of the middle finger when a fist is made.
Between the second and third metacarpal bones, proximal to the metacarpalphalangeal joint , in a depression on the radial side of the third metacarpal bone.
Note: The point may be located at the place where the tip of the middle finger lands when a fist is made.
