Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 15-30g Nourishes Jing and Blood, fills the Marrow and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Shan Zhu Yu, nourishes Kidney Yin and secures Jing, while restraining urination and sweating.
With Shan Yao and Shan Zhu Yu, for dizziness, a weak and sore low back, night sweats, impotence and spermatorrhea due to Kidney and Liver Yin Deficiency.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 15-30g Nourishes the Blood, calms Liver Yang and Liver Wind and alleviates pain.
Fr. Corni Shan Zhu Yu 10-30g Stabilizes the Kidneys, astringes Jing and Body Fluids, tonifies Liver and Kidney Yin and strengthens Kidney Yang.
With Shu Di Huang, Shan Yao and Gou Qi Zi, for True Yin Deficiency.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 10-15g Invigorates the Blood, promotes the movement of Qi and alleviates pain.
Rz. Dioscoreae Shan Yao 10-15g Tonifies Kidney Yin and astringes Jing.
With Shan Zhu Yu and Shu Di Huang, for Kidney Deficiency with spermatorrhea and night sweats.
Rx. Angelicae Dahuricae Bai Zhi 6-12g Expels Wind, eliminates Dampness, dispels Cold and alleviates pain.
With Chuan Xiong, for headaches.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 6-12g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi.
With Chuan Xiong, for Qi Stagnation combined with Blood Stasis.
Sm. Sinapis Bai Jie Zi 6-12g Promotes Qi movement, dissipates nodules, unblocks the collaterals, expels Phlegm and alleviates pain.
Cx. Moutan Mu Dan Pi 6-12g Clears Heat, cools and harmonizes the Blood, clears Deficiency Fire, invigorates the Blood and dispels Blood Stasis.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3-10g Moderates spasms, alleviates pain, moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.
With Bai Shao, moderates spasms and alleviates pain, for painful spasms of the leg or abdomen.
