NOTES

This herb calms the Spirit and settles the mind while augmenting the Liver Blood in the Lower Jiao.
It moistens and eliminates Dryness.
Traveling through the Chong and Ren Channels, it warms the Womb.
Calcined Fluorite Duan Zi Shi Ying is easier to pulverize, more easily warms the Lungs, descends Qi, dispels Cold and warms the womb. This form of the herb is rarely used.
