  2. One source says that this herb nourishes dried Blood.
  3. One source says that this herb treats high blood pressure.
  4. Cinnabar Lotus Plumule Zhu Lian Zi Xin is stronger at cooling Heat and calming the Spirit and is often used to treat Deficiency Heat Disturbing the Interior with restlessness and insomnia. Since Cinnabar is toxic, this form is not recommended.
