Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 5-30g Nourishes Yin and generates fluids.
With Shu Di Huang , for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
Fr. Liquidamberis Lu Lu Tong 3-10g Promotes the movement of Qi, invigorates the Blood, opens the Middle Jiao and unblocks the channels.
Flos Caryophylli Ding Xiang 1-5g Warms the Middle Jiao, relieves pain, descends Qi, warms the Kidneys and assists Yang.
With Gui Zhi, warms and transforms fluids, unblocks Yang and promotes urination.
Ram. Cinnamomi Gui Zhi 9-15g Unblocks Yang and transforms Qi and thin mucus and warms and facilitates the flow of Qi through the channels and collaterals and Blood through the vessels.

Concha Arcae Wa Leng Zi 9-30g Invigorates the Blood, dissolves Phlegm and resolves Stagnation.
