Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold, stops pain due to Blood Stasis and regulates the menses.
With Gan Cao, moderates spasms and relieves abdominal pain.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 4.5-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat, cools the Blood and relieves pain.
Rx. Achyranthis Bidentatae Niu Xi 6-16g Invigorates the Blood,expels Blood Stasis, nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin and clears Damp-Heat in the Lower Jiao.
Sm. Vaccariae Wang Bu Liu Xing 4-30g Promotes the movement of Blood, promotes lactation and invigorates the channels.
Fr. Toosendan Chuan Lian Zi 3-15g Dredges Liver Qi, releases Stagnation, stops pain and conducts Heat out from below.
Fr. Aurantii Immaturus Zhi Shi 3-10g Breaks up Stagnant Qi, reduces accumulation, descends Qi, unblocks the bowels, removes Stagnant Food, transforms Phlegm and reduces distention.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Viride Qing Pi 3-10g Spreads Liver Qi, breaks up Stagnant Qi, dissipates accumulations, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
Fr. Trichosanthis Gua Lou 9-30g Clears Lung Heat, transforms Hot Phlegm, regulates Qi and unbinds the chest.
Spina Gleditsiae Zao Jiao Ci 3-10g Draws out toxicity, discharges pus, invigorates the Blood and reduces swelling.
Medulla Tetrapanacis Tong Cao 2-10g Promotes urination, resolves Dampness and clears Heat.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3-6g Moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
