POINT: UB-29 - (URINARY BLADDER-29)

NAME: ZHONGLUSHU

LOCATION:

  • 1.5 cun lateral to the midline of the back, level with the third posterior sacral foramen.
  • 1.5 cun lateral to the DU channel, level with the third posterior sacral foramen.

NEEDLING:

  • Straight insertion, 1 to 1.5 cun.
  • Perpendicular insertion, 1 to 1.5 cun.
  • Puncture perpendicularly 0.8 to 1.2 cun.
  • Moxibustion is applicable.
