- On the flexor aspect of the forearm, 5 cun proximal to PC-7 Daling, on the line connecting PC-7 Daling and PC-3 Quze, between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis.
Note: in the absence of the tendon of the palmaris longus, locate this point on the ulnar side of the tendon of the flexor carpi radialis. Divide the distance between the cubital crease and PC-7 Daling into half and locate this point 1 cun distal to the midpoint. - 5 cun directly above the midpoint of the transverse crease of the wrist, between the two tendons.
- Perpendicular insertion, 0.5 to 1.5 cun or oblique proximal insertion 1 to 1.5 cun.
- Straight insertion 1 to 1.5 cun, causing local distention and soreness or a distended, numb sensation reaching to the fingertips.

- This is a primary point for treating Blood Stagnation in the chest and Heart.
- It is used for acute obstruction or pain in the channel or organ.
- It is a major point for angina pectoris.
- It is also an important point for regulating Heart rhythm.
- It becomes painful in pleurisy and palpitations and hence, has diagnostic value.
