- This her may be used singly or with other herbs in decoction.
- Local dandelion can be used and should be at least two years old.
- This herb excels at draining, directing downward and dispersing Qi Stagnation and clumping.
- It is traditionally used for breast abscesses and other sores – both internally and topically.
- For women's breast abscess and edema, boil into a juice to both drink and apply. It shows immediate results.
- It is really wonderful for eye diseases. It is quite effective in treating dysphagia.
- This herb has shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
- It is a key herb for eliminating pathogenic Heat and cooling the Blood.
- It is said to cure female breast abscess and breast cancer.
- Fresh Taraxacum Xian Pu Gong Ying has a stronger cooling and detoxification function than the dried herb. It has a wider scope of action and is most effective when drunk and applied topically.
- Smaller doses are more stimulating and restoring, while larger doses are more Heat-clearing and draining.
- Both Pu Gong Ying and Hb. Violae Zi Hua Di Ding cool Heat, resolve toxicity, reduce swelling and disperse clumping. Pu Gong Ying is better at dredging constraint and dispersing clumping (focusing on the Liver channel), while Zi Hua Di Ding is better at cooling the Blood and resolving toxicity (focusing on the Heart and Liver channels).
- Both Pu Gong Ying and Hb. Patriniae Bai Jiang Cao cool Heat, resolve toxicity and reduce swollen abscess, better at dredging constraint and dispersing clumping (focusing on the Liver and Stomach channels), while Bai Jiang Cao is better at eliminating Stasis and expelling pus.
- Both Pu Gong Ying and Rz. Paridis Chong Lou resolve toxicity, reduce swelling and alleviate pain. Pu gong Ying also promotes urination, unblocks painful urinary dysfunction and treats jaundice, while Chong Lou calms fright while cooling the Liver. It also resolves snakebite toxins and treats many types of cancers.
- Both Pu Gong Ying and Flos Lonicerae Jin Yin Hua are effective in reducing swellings and ulcerations. Pu Gong Ying only enters the Liver and Stomach while Jin Yin Hua enters every channel but cannot exert its full effect without being combined with Pu Gong Ying.
