- The root skin of this herb Mu Jin Pi is sweet and neutral it enters the Large Intestine and Small Intestine channels. Its dosage is 3-9g and has antipyretic, anthelmintic and anti-fungal effects. It is mostly used for fungal infections of the skin. It stops itching, treats scabies and stops diarrhea and dysentery. It is used topically for Heat-type Chuang Yung.
