Charred Petiolus Trachycarpi Zong Lu Tan 3-15g Astringes leakage of Blood and stops bleeding.
Charred Pollen Typhae Pu Huang Tan 3-12g Stops bleeding by astringing, invigorates the Blood and dispels Blood Stasis.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood.
With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 5-30g Nourishes the Blood and regulates menstruation.
With Dang Gui, nourishes Yin and Blood.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 3-10g Invigorates the Blood and promotes the movement of Qi.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency causing menstrual problems including dysmenorrhea, scanty menses and amenorrhea.
With Sheng Di Huang, Bai Shao and Dang Gui, for headaches due to Blood Deficiency.
With Mu Dan Pi and Sheng Di Huang, for irregular menstruation with Heat in the Blood.
Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 5-30g Clears Heat and cools the Blood.
With Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency Heat.
With Mu Dan Pi, for Ying and Xue Stage Heat with a high fever, scarlet tongue, thirst, a rash all over the body, epistaxis and hemoptysis.
Cx. Moutan Mu Dan Pi 6-12g Clears Heat, cools and harmonizes the Blood, clears Deficiency Fire, invigorates the Blood and dispels Blood Stasis.
Rx, Gentianae Macrophyllae Qin Jiao 3-12g Clears Deficiency Heat.
With Dang Gui and Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency with hemiplegia, especially with excess muscle tension in the upper extremities.
Hb. Lycopi Ze Lan 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and Regulates menstruation.
With Chuan Xiong, for pain due to trauma, dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea
Cx. Eucommiae Du Zhong 8-16g Tonifies the Kidneys and Liver, strengthens the sinews and bones and aids the smooth flow of Qi and Blood.
