Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu 12g Resolves Shao Yang disorders, reduces fever, spreads Liver Qi, relieves Stagnation and harmonizes the Exterior and Interior.
Fr. Aurantii Immaturus Zhi Shi 12g Breaks up Stagnant Qi, reduces accumulation, descends Qi, unblocks the bowels, removes Stagnant Food, transforms Phlegm, reduces distention and resolves hardenings.
With Da Huang, for constipation and abdominal swelling due to Food Stagnation and Qi Stagnation and diarrhea, dysentery, and abdominal pain due to Damp-Heat.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 12g Invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold, stops pain due to Blood Stasis, moistens the Intestines and unblocks the bowels.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 12g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi.
With Chai Hu, for Qi Stagnation.
Rx. Curcumae Yu Jin 12g Invigorates Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, regulates Qi flow and alleviates pain.
With Chai Hu, for Liver Qi and Blood Stagnation with flank pain and distention.
Rz. Alismatis Ze Xie 12g Promotes urination and leaches out Dampness.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 30g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat and soothes irritability.
Raw Fr. Crataegi Sheng Shan Zha 50g Reduces and guides out Food Stagnation, transforms accumulations, transforms Blood Stasis, invigorates Blood circulation and dissipates clumps.
Fol. Nelumbinis He Ye 10g Removes Stagnation and stops bleeding.
Hirudo Shui Zhi 6g Breaks up and drives out Blood Stasis and reduces fixed masses.
With Da Huang, regulates Yin and Yang to quickly attack and break up Blood Stasis.
Rx. et Rz. Rhei Da Huang 6g Drains Heat, purges accumulations, transforms Dampness, promotes urination, invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and eliminates Phlegm.
