Calomelas Qing Fen 6g Resolves toxicity, generates flesh, expels water and promotes the healing of sores.
With Da Feng Zi, topically for leprosy.
Sm. Juglandis Hu Tao Ren 6g Tonifies the Kidneys, warms and astringes the Lungs and resolves cold Phlegm.

CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS

  • Sensitive, easily irritated skin
  • The skin feels hot to the patient, particularly during episodes of flushing
  • Redness affects the central area of the face, often including the forehead and chin
  • The area blanches upon pressure
  • Acne-like papules
  • Pustules resembling acne appear but without comedones (blackheads)
  • In severe cases, the pustules may evolve into cystic or granulometous nodules
  • Rhinophyma (enlarged nose - brandy nose)
