Fol Artemisiae Argyi Ai Ye 3-10g Warms the channels, warms the womb, stops bleeding, calms the fetus, disperses Cold and alleviates pain.
With Wu Zhu Yu and Xu Duan, for a severely Cold Womb from Deficiency.
With Xiang Fu, Chuan Xiong, Bai Shao and Dang Gui, for Deficiency Cold of the Lower Jiao with Cold and pain and irregular menstruation with pain.
With Xiang Fu, Chuan Xiong, Bai Shao, Dang Gui, Wu Zhu Yu, Rou Gui, Huang Qi and Xu Duan, for severe Deficiency Cold of the Lower abdomen.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 6-14g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi, regulates menstruation and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui, tonifies the Blood and moves Qi, for premenstrual symptoms, menstrual pain and irregular menstruation.
With Chuan Xiong, for Qi Stagnation combined with Blood Stasis.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stasis.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold and regulates the menses.
With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
With Bai Shao, Shu Di Huang and Chuan Xiong, for menstrual irregularity, amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Blood Stasis.
With Huang Qi, for Qi and Blood Deficiency.
Rx. Dipsaci Xu Duan 6-21g Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, warms Yang, strengthens the sinews and bones, stops uterine bleeding, calms the fetus, prevents miscarriage, promotes the movement of Blood and alleviates pain.
With Ai Ye, for excessive uterine bleeding with abdominal pain.
Fr. Evodiae Wu Zhu Yu 1.5-10g Warms the Middle Jiao, disperses Cold, promotes the movement of Qi and alleviates pain.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 3-10g Invigorates the Blood and promotes the movement of Qi.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency causing menstrual problems including dysmenorrhea, scanty menses and amenorrhea.

Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes the Blood, nourishes Jing and Blood and fills the Marrow.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for menstrual irregularity, amenorrhea, and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Blood Stasis.
Cx. Cinnamomi Rou Gui 1.5-5g Warms the Kidneys, Spleen and Heart and strengthens Yang and Ming Men Fire, alleviates pain and assists in the generation of Qi and Blood.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for dysmenorrhea, postpartum abdominal pain or amenorrhea due to Deficiency Cold of the Chong and Ren channels.
